Many options to fall into the apples are available to you. For example, at Poincarré, eight ciders from the Cidrerie Sauvageon will accompany a unique menu designed for the occasion, from May 5 to 7.

For Mother’s Day, May 8, La Maison Boire (Granby) and the restaurant L’Étrier (Bromont) will offer a tasting menu with ciders from Around the Apple.

On May 12, the Victoire restaurant is organizing a food and cider pairing evening, with several Quebec ciders to drink.

Several cider houses across the province offer events, tastings and guided tours, including Cidrerie Milton, Cidrerie Somnambule, Verger Hemmingford and the popular Chemin des Sept cider house, which will exceptionally open its doors to the public on May 7 and 14.

Otherwise, several boutiques and retailers are offering tastings, including the Grand Tasting of Longueuil, organized jointly with La Boîte à Vins, on May 7, at the Center Véronneau, with around fifty products from cider houses from all over the province to be tasted for free, and eight guest cider houses.
