The Sherbrooke mise la table event is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Until October 29, the 24 participating restaurants are offering tables d’hôte at $30, $40 or $50.
A great opportunity to discover the addresses of Sherbrooke, but also the products of the region since, on their menu, the chefs have chosen to highlight vegetables, meats and condiments from the Eastern Townships.
The restaurants Auguste, Sballo, Kalypso and L’Empreinte, fine cuisine, are among those to discover.
