Event | Seafood in the spotlight at the Jean-Talon market

We can once again “eat our Saint-Laurent” with a big brunch at 2e floor of the Jean-Talon market. This six-course meal will be delivered six times the 1er and June 2 (reservations can be made for 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. or 3 p.m.).


The $180 tickets are for two people and include mimosa. A Quebec drinks menu will also be offered to enhance the experience.

This year, the chefs participating in this great celebration of fish and seafood from our river and our gulf are: Adrien Pastor and Riwan Maire (Yaku Project), Chloé Ouellet and Juliette Fraser Chouinard (Au pasture), Amine Nasrallah ( Hot ahead!), André-Nicolas Medina (Rouge Gorge), Constant Mentzas (Palomar) and Rémi Couture (consultant pastry chef).

Do you have a preference for sugar? The following weekend (June 8 and 9), it’s the turn of the Grand Brunch des Pâtissiers.
