Faithful to its mission to delight us in spaces normally difficult to access, Menu Extra is holding its next event in the heart of the workshops of renowned sculptor Jean Brillant, in the Saint-Henri district.
For two evenings, October 11 and 12, art and gastronomy come together. Chef Francis Blais and his team will serve an eight-course meal based on current harvests (rabiole, pumpkin and beets), exceptional Laval citrus fruits from Vicky Vaillancourt, feathered game and seafood from Quebec.
Sommelier Alexis Demers will choose from the cellar the wines from here and elsewhere which will harmonize best with the always refined dishes and with the dramatic clair-obscure atmosphere of the workshop.
The menu, including wine, costs $250 per person.
