The three-course menu ($95) will allow you to choose between three starters, three main courses and two desserts. The four-course ($139) will be “imposed”: yellowfin tuna in tonnato sauce, cod with velouté of mussels and caviar, chicken in yellow wine and morels, creamy chocolate milk.

Although the menu is based on specialties from the new executive chef of Maison Boulud, Romain Cagnat, it is also influenced by the menu of the Pavilion, in New York.

This recent and grandiose restaurant by Daniel Boulud in the Big Apple pays particular attention to fish and seafood.
