Event | Country dinner in an ancestral barn

La Tablée des chefs is organizing a gourmet event to celebrate the harvest season, La Petite Tablée, with chefs Danny Smiles, Dominic Labelle and Marie-Ève Langlois.

Everything will take place on October 17 in the large ancestral home of Ferme Guyon, which was once the general store of Chambly. Small anecdote, Ricardo offered the heritage monument to Sébastien Dion, son of the founder of Ferme Guyon, in 2001; it was dismantled piece by piece then rebuilt on the grounds of the company which has given itself the mission of promoting local Quebec products.

The three guest chefs’ mission is to enhance the fruits that the local land gives us this fall season with a four-course menu. Danny Smiles needs no introduction – he has been chef and co-owner at Bremner, in addition to competing in several televised culinary competitions, including Iron Chef Canada. Dominic Labelle is a farmer and chef, at the head of the beautiful country restaurant Parcelles, in Austin in Estrie. As for Marie-Ève Langlois, she is behind the company La Cuisine par Marie-Ève Langlois, which offers various fine and gourmet products.

Price: $150, including welcome cocktail, meal, pairings (wine/cider) and service.
