This is a great opportunity to visit a promising wine estate: two renowned Quebec restaurants, Arvi and Battuto, are joining forces for three evenings at Domaine Arvi, the vineyard started by chef Julien Masia and his partner Ariel Pinsonneault.
On the program, a six-course menu, with pairings of just as many wines from the estate, located in Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse, in the Chaudière-Appalaches region.
The evenings will take place from August 15 to 17, but tickets will go on sale this Tuesday, July 2, at 10 a.m., at a cost of $250 (taxes and services included), via a link that will be published on the Domaine Arvi Facebook page.
This could go up very quickly, be prepared!
