Faced with Léa Salamé and Laurent Ruquier, the weather presenter told how her career at TF1 started in the early 70s. “When the TF1 house was created, we needed a person who matched my profile”, she explained. “When Michel Cardoze left, I proposed my candidacy. I was told: ‘You are doing a month’s internship at Météo France to learn, you are doing a month’s internship in the afternoon with Alain Gillot-Pétré to learn the blue background, you make us a tape and then we’ll tell you it works or it doesn’t work’. And that’s how it started!”

And since it is the oldest CDI of the first chain of Europe. A long and rich career, during which the colleague of Tatiana Silva and Louis Bodin would have liked to be offered the position that Jean-Pierre Pernaut held for more than 30 years. “Me, when I started, what fascinated me was journalism (…) But at the time, women, it was the women’s magazine, and that did not really interest me. I I may have arrived a little early in my career, perhaps I could also have presented the newspaper, 1 p.m., 8 p.m…. But it doesn’t matter”.

The opportunity for the companion of Raphaël Glucksmann to ask him if she would have liked to present a television news. “I would have liked, I would have liked a lot”she admitted. “Why weren’t you offered it?”she asked him. “I’m not going to say that we have a label, but we have a way of being. And then, it’s a career. Me, I’ve never made a career plan, but I had, I would say, lucky to be there at the right time”.
