In a unique offer, Eurostar is offering low prices, provided you are flexible on the departure time. Passengers can choose the day of their departure, but not the time of their ticket.

Formerly called Thalys, the Eurostar linking Paris and Brussels is expensive. But in recent days, it has been possible to find low prices provided you are very flexible. Tickets are cheaper, the time is not indicated when purchasing. For example, Sunday June 30, the journey costs 45 euros, but departure is scheduled between 5:40 a.m. and 8:40 p.m., without further details.

The final time is given only two days before departure. The flexible ticket is sold at 45 euros, while the cheapest normal fare is 82 euros, almost twice as much. “I prefer to pay a little more, but travel comfortably at times that suit me”, confides a traveler. This new offer is in the testing phase. If the results are there, it could be generalized, even on other lines. According to experts, the objective is to win over new customers and prepare for the arrival of competition. This flexible offer is available all summer only on the Paris-Brussels and Brussels-London lines.
