For Victor Coroller in Zurich, where the specialist in the 400m hurdles has revitalized himself after a few difficult years on the physical level. Promising Shana Grebo received a scholarship from Eugene College in Oregon, where she has been training for a year. She also specializes in the 400m hurdles, she now has a blast in the 200m, a distance over which she was recently crowned French champion.
A first in Munich for the two Rennais
The two athletes born in Rennes have made profitable expatriation choices. They will both play their first European final this Friday evening in Munich, after having both passed through the series in their discipline. In the semi-final, Shana Grebo finished 2nd in her race in 23″13, behind the favorite Swiss Mujinga Kambundji (22″76). She will be an outsider for a medal. Victor Coroller also finished 2nd, in 49″46 , in his semi-final. He will be accompanied by two other French in the final this Friday evening: Wilfried Happio and Ludvy Vaillant.
The times for the two finals: 10:00 p.m. for Victor Coroller’s 400m hurdles, and 10:22 p.m. for Shana Grebo’s 200m.
