Magazines and sites on the Internet regularly praise the virtues of essential oils, pharmacies often offer a section reserved for them and specialized shops even exist almost everywhere in France.
However, it is difficult to know if essential oils are really effective. We also do not know most often in which situation or for which pathology to resort to it. In addition, an essential oil may be a natural product, but it can be dangerous if misused.
Yet, used wisely and in the right dose, essential oilssuch as those of lavender, lemon, chamomile, can be very valuable in relieving our little daily ailments and even for more serious ailments.
