The presidential candidate Eric Zemmour was hit in the wrist during his first campaign meeting, Sunday, December 5 in Villepinte (Seine-Saint-Denis), according to information sent by his entourage to franceinfo. As Eric Zemmour crossed the room to join the stage, a man rushed on him, causing a stampede.
The man, whose motivations are not known, was quickly rejected by the police of the presidential candidate. He was then taken into custody, according to a close source.
For his part, Eric Zemmour saw a doctor who prescribed him nine days of total absence from work (ITT). This incident has “no impact on his campaign which is continuing normally,” reports the candidate’s entourage.
