Éric Antoine makes terrifying revelations about the death of a loved one

Presenter and magician-comedian, Eric Anthony did not always lead an easy life. With the approach of his new show, “Les Traitors”, broadcast on M6 from August 17, he confided in TV Magazine. Among the topics discussed during this interview, his new entertainment program which will feature personalities designated as traitors or loyal people and who will have to do everything not to be unmasked, as well as the writing of his next book.

A project through which the one who had unveiled behind the scenes of his collaboration with Élodie Gossuin in the program “Le plus grand karaoké de France” on M6 will do terrifying revelations. “I lived through difficult times. I found the corpse of my best friend, saw that of my father and accompanied my mother in death. In this book, I tell something even more violent…”, he revealed. If his book has for the moment only a provisional title, it promises to show a whole new facet of Éric Antoine. “The working title is ‘The Man Who Wanted To Be Loved’ because it shows how these traumas shaped me as someone who needed everyone to love him because he hated himself. The writing is painful, more intimate than what I have written so far”, he confided.

The juror of “France has an incredible talent” connects the dramas. Last June, he confided in Tele-Star about the disaster that occurred during one of the shows. “I had four fractures”he said after having a bad fall on stage, specifying that he had had “three bone avulsions, which were not detected until the last examination”. “I fell at the start of the show and I had to hold on like that until the end”, he specified. And it was not the first time that the 45-year-old man found himself in the hospital… In 2020, he was hospitalized urgently after an accident which occurred during his visit to “Fort Boyard”.
