Gary then visits Double A, where Zoé is brainstorming ideas for the New Year’s Eve celebration hosted by Chef Armand. He decides to join her in the creative process, suggesting an 80s theme that Clotilde enthusiastically approves.

As they collaborate, Zoé notices Gary avoiding a kiss, opting instead for a playful shoulder bump. When she questions his behavior, he brushes it off, insisting he wants to remain focused. Zoé, feeling frustrated, expresses her desire to work alone.

Later on, Solal encounters Zoé at Double A. She seeks his assistance in curating an 80s playlist, admitting she lacks knowledge in that area. Solal eagerly agrees to help, even offering to assist her in crafting cocktail recipes.

During a lunch break, Zoé returns home, where Stéphane informs her that Gary stopped by to drop off some food. He candidly shares that seeing her with Gary feels a bit odd. Zoé admits that things were simpler when they were just friends, but she believes Gary genuinely cares for her, evidenced by his effort to reconnect her with Stéphane for Christmas. Stéphane then reveals a crucial truth to Zoé.
