Disney’s new animated film, Encanto – The fantastic Madrigal family, topped the box office for its third weekend in theaters, Dec. 3-5, grossing $ 218,877, according to data compiled by Cinéac.
Ghostbusters: Afterlife (Ghostbusters: the afterlife in French) came in second with admissions of $ 158,683 (in its third week), while Dune managed to stay in third place ($ 119,600) after seven weeks on the bill. The film House of Gucci (The Gucci saga), which was in its third indoor weekend, placed fourth with receipts of $ 110,207.
