Hailed by Internet users, this post must have reminded him of a great year of his life: after this first achievement, the couple went to Africa to pick up their little boy. And it is precisely for him that they get along so well today: every year, they meet for his birthday (he has just turned 13) and do not hesitate to see each other again for the important moments of his life.
A few months ago, the actor even made a nice statement in an interview with his ex when he mentioned their son: “I will be eternally grateful to Emmanuelle, she gave me a gift so much bigger than anything possible!” he said, happy with his young teenager. However, he had been seized with doubts before going to pick up his toddler, his only child but the third of Emmanuel Béart (after Nelly, born in 1992 and Yohann, born in 1996).
“Until the end, I didn’t know if I was ready”he explained to Gala in November. “Even when we went to Ethiopia to look for our little boy, I doubted, I wondered if I would be able to recognize him, consider him as my son…“.
And yet, everything was quickly settled: when the actor’s eyes met those of the baby, he was struck by an indestructible bond: “While we don’t have the same skin color, it’s my child, it’s my flesh, it’s my blood, it’s the best thing that happened to me in my life”, he explained. A beautiful declaration for his son, and a separation managed intelligently, which allows the little boy to be the happiest in the world!
