The President of the Republic mentioned the four main projects of the government during his speech on Friday.
Emmanuel Macron spoke at the opening of the Council of Ministers, Friday July 21, on the main lines of work on which the new government must work, the day after the announcement of the reshuffle. The roadmap focuses on four main topics: the drought this summer, “decisive element” of the “ecological planning”the creation of a “demanding framework” for public finances, as well as an axis of progress aimed at making the “more efficient public services”.

Referring to the fourth challenge, that of “the republican order”on which the government says it is advancing “forced march”Emmanuel Macron welcomed a “pact” spent with the internal security forces to “improve equipment”.
Other files will structure the back-to-school diary, in particular “immigration” and the “riots” that the country has gone through this summer. Both, according to the President of the Republic, are asking for a “full and profound answer”.
