On a market in Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin), Friday March 18, customers are in favor of Emmanuel Macron’s proposal, who wants RSA beneficiaries to work between 15 and 20 hours a week. “After a while, we tend to let go“, recognizes a woman, herself unemployed for a few months. In the region, 3% of recipients have chosen a voluntary activity. This device, if it were to be generalized to the whole of France, would concern 2 million households.
