The “adjustments” are finally known. The Elysée formalized the reshuffle late Thursday afternoon by recording the entry of eight new members of a government with 41 ministers in total.

Among the newcomers are Aurélien Rousseau in Health, Aurore Bergé in Solidarity, Thomas Cazenave in Public Accounts and the mayor of Dunkirk Patrice Vergriete in Housing. Three other members of the government are changing positions: Gabriel Attal for Education, Sarah El Haïry for Biodiversity, and Bérangère Couillard for Gender Equality.
