Highly anticipated speech. Emmanuel Macron will address the French on Wednesday March 20 during a television interview. He will answer Wednesday at 1 p.m. from the Elysée Palace to questions from journalists Julian Bugier and Marie-Sophie Lacarrau in a live interview on TF1 and France 2.
