Emmanuel Macron spoke before the first Council of Ministers, Friday July 21. The Head of State has set the course for the redesigned government of Elisabeth Borne.
First Advice ministers, Friday July 21, for the third government of Elisabeth Borne. It was the first time on the steps of the Élysée for newcomers, including Aurélien Rousseau, the former chief of staff of Élisabeth Borne, now Minister of Health.
