Despite calls for more reserve from his majority, Emmanuel Macron continues to campaign for the legislative elections. Since the dissolution of the National Assembly, the Head of State has already spoken nine times.
A few days before the legislative elections, Emmanuel Macron spoke in a podcast, on the microphone of the entrepreneur Matthieu Stefani for his show “Génération Do It Yourself”. A long interview broadcast on Monday June 24, in which the President of the Republic uses words loaded with meaning. “The response from the far right is irrelevant because it refers people to a religion or an origin. And that’s why it divides and pushes to civil war”he said.
Emmanuel Macron claimed not to campaign, but since the dissolution of the National Assembly, he has spoken nine times. On Sunday June 23, he also addressed the French in a letter, in which he urged not to be afraid and to choose the presidential majority. The head of state therefore continues to campaign for the legislative elections, despite calls for more reservations made by his majority.
