It is therefore now returning to its original shade, navy blue, or dark blue.
This change of blue, on which the Elysee has not communicated, is not a choice in opposition to the blue used by the European flag, adds the entourage of Emmanuel Macron. “There is no war of the blues, it does not make sense”, we explain.
