It’s time for change for Emma Stone! The 33-year-old actress is selling her huge Malibu ranch for $4.3 million. The information came from wall street journal which announces that the star has found a buyer for her Californian house that she had put up for sale with Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Extremely bright and by the sea, the ultra-white decorated house was quick to find a new owner since it had been put up for sale in May. Built in 1958 in a ranch style that can be described as mid century, the house is particularly attractive with its three bedrooms and its view of the ocean (visible from every room!). The star of magic in the moonlight and of The irrational man had also carried out many works in 2018. Renovating in particular the kitchen with new stainless steel equipment. The entire building reaches a total area of 164 square meters.
On the garden side, the discovery is also incredible with a huge 1.3 hectare park. A natural space covered by eucalyptus, native yuccas and blue agaves, typical of the Californian spirit. (see slideshow).
