Émilien, the champion of the 12 Coups de Midi, continues his rise: Jean-Luc Reichmann amazed

This week,
Émilien had already created the event by climbing onto the podium of the best players of the show
and surpassing, at the same time, the record held by Christian Quesada. But, this Thursday, April 11, the student reached a new milestone, astonishing the 12 Coups de Midi teams, starting with Jean-Luc Reichmann. Émilien, by coming out the winner of this show, became the second greatest champion of all time, surpassing Eric, present on the set for the occasion.

From now on second in the ranking with its 200th participation tomorrowthe young Vendéen wants to remain cautious and not declare victory too quickly even if he seems to have already won a lot: “It reminds me of what we already know, nothing is ever taken for granted. You have to be careful all the time” he confided with humility. For Eric, there is no doubt: “He has all the weapons to go very far“. Next objective for Émilien: now beat Bruno and his 252 broadcasts ; in other words to stay on the show for almost two more months.

Émilien, an outstanding player

Arrived on September 25 on the show,
the History student had no choice but to put his studies on hold but… for a good cause. The Vendéen accumulates, at this stage, 849,941 euros and managed to unearth no less than seven mysterious stars the last of which was discovered on March 27. Questioned by our colleagues from Ouest France, Émilien confided in his impressive knowledge: “I have always loved reading, watching documentaries or learning things. A few years ago, I started playing general knowledge games, like quizzes, and I retained all the information that could have been useful to me” did he declare.

I want to perform for myself” he added while remaining lucid about the outcome of his participation: “The end will be defeat. We know it will arrive, but we don’t know when. I refuse to think about it. It galvanizes us in the competition to want to avoid it!“. Hoping, for him, that this defeat comes as late as possible.
