(Washington) Singer Elton John will be hosted by the Bidens at the White House on Friday, where he will give a concert to “celebrate the unifying and restorative power of music,” the executive said in a statement.

US President Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden also want to “salute the life and work” of the British pop legend, it is specified.
The White House will invite “those who make history every day” to the concert, including teachers, caregivers, frontline workers, students, LGBT+ rights activists and people campaigning for better mental health care.
The president and his wife will deliver speeches, their departments said.
Elton John, who celebrated his 75th birthday last spring, is known for his planetary successes such as Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Your Song, Rocket Man Where Can You Feel The Love Tonightbut also for his commitment to associations, in particular in the fight against AIDS.
