The new owner of Twitter is wasting no time. Elon Musk, holder of the social network since Thursday, announced on Friday October 28 that he intended to provide the platform with a “content moderation board with very diverse viewpoints”.
“No major decision on content or account reactivation will take place without the intervention of the board”said in his tweet the multi-billionaire, who has established himself as the ultimate defender of freedom of expression.
Twitter will be forming a content moderation council with widely diverse viewpoints.
No major content decisions or account reinstatements will happen before that council agrees.
