The young woman nevertheless reassured her subscribers by declaring: “Everything is fine, I’ll let you know. Thank you.”.

Since her stroke, Elodie Ortisset continues to give her news via her Instagram account. This Monday, January 30, she also posted an explanation of her incident. “A week ago to the day, I was having a TIA. Transient ischemic attack, which appears just before a stroke and a heart attack, with the hashtag Grateful to be alive. She then listed her symptoms (weakness, vomiting, speech disorders, memory loss, etc. as well as its treatment with essential oils (thyme, peppermint, cypress).” Optimistic, she continues: “From now on, I do 3 hours of sport, I have a good diet, I practice positive thinking, I meditate, I do visualizations and I take vitamin B supplements. What to get back in shape according to she”.
