The executive intends to open a “sequence” ten days on the subject. After this “political debate” in Matignon, an exchange between Elisabeth Borne and the members of the National Council for Refoundation must be organized on Tuesday, before a “event” around Emmanuel Macron and the presentation of the 2024 draft budget, on September 27, in the Council of Ministers. In July, the government postponed the presentation of this roadmap, hit by riots and then the reshuffle.
