In a dealership, one in ten sales is electric. “Sales of electric vehicles have clearly taken off and continue to be very, very strong thanks to the renewal of the ecological bonus until December 31, 2022“, says Jacques Alvergnas, car dealer in Chambourcy (Yvelines).

Electric even steals the show from plug-in hybrid vehicles, which are down 12.5%. Their CO2 emissions are considered too close to thermal vehicles. For their part, electric cars are up 11%, thanks in particular to the ecological bonus. “On this second-hand Renault Zoé at 7,880 euros, our client can claim a premium of around half the price, which will reduce the bill to around 4,000 euros.“, assures Jacques Alvergnas.
