Holding a winning referendum on independence is still possible, believes Paul St-Pierre Plamondon, while the Parti Québécois (PQ) and Québec solidaire each claim that their adversary’s independence strategy is doomed to failure.

This optimism comes as the co-spokesperson of Québec solidaire, Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois, affirms that a change of strategy is necessary to achieve independence.
