The investigative book “Les Fossoyeurs” shone the spotlight on the practices of nursing home Orpea and generated a double administrative investigation. The Senate committee heard, Tuesday, March 29, the Minister Delegate for Autonomy Brigitte Bourguignon.
The report is expected by many, but it has still not been made public. Covered by business secrecy, the investigation by the finance and social affairs inspectorates on Orpea was at the center of the Senate Committee of Inquiry into the control of nursing home. “It is your duty, our duty to make all the clarity and that this report is made public“, said Bertrand Bonne senator (LR).
