This week, I’m offering you a spring-style menu to forget winter for a few moments!

Asparagus is on sale almost everywhere. Store them in a jar with a little water in the fridge so they stay nice and crunchy for longer. As with flowers, simply cut off a little of the end of the stems (also called the “heel”) and place them upright in the container. The most important thing is to change the water base often to prevent them from getting moldy, but you will see that this tip will allow you to extend their lifespan.
