Europe Ecology The Greens and the Socialist Party reframe La France insoumise which uses, according to them, “the graphic charter and the initial letter of the acronym Nupes” for their senatorial election campaign posters “in several departments”, learned Agence Radio France and franceinfo from corroborating sources. In a letter sent Thursday, September 21, the two parties accuse LFI of campaigning with its graphic elements without the agreement of the union’s political organizations.

“By deliberately appropriating the reference to Nupes, you damage the image and mutual trust which are the foundation of this union”, are annoyed Olivier Bertrand, delegate to the EELV elections and Pierre Jouvet, secretary general of the PS in the document. They believe that “if one of the components deliberately appropriates our common banner, it discredits the collective”.

EELV and the PS say to each other “convinced that the left and ecologists must continue to build together, while respecting [leurs] diversities, convergences and ultimately propose an ambitious political offer to French people in 2027”.
