Gabriel Attal will be in Nice, in the Alpes-Maritimes, Monday April 22, in the company of the Minister of Justice. The Prime Minister will launch his educational boarding school project there to fight against the addiction to violence of some adolescents.
Educational boarding schools during school holidays will be tested in a high school in NOTice (Alpes-Maritimes). Support and civic education courses will be offered for volunteer students who have dropped out of school or are absenteeism. The Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, accompanied in particular by Éric Dupond-Moretti, Justice Ministry, will visit the pilot establishment on Monday April 22 to kick off the experiment.
An “opportunity” for the Prime Minister
If it proves conclusive in 15 days, it could be generalizedeein accordance with the wishes of the Prime Minister. “The boarding school will be an opportunity: to learn, to find a framework, to keep your chances of succeeding intact, to avoid falling into the spiral of delinquency, and sometimes crime”, he said Thursday. To deal with the violence, the government has proposed other measures, such as making parents responsible, controlling social networks or strengthening authority at school.
