Less meat and less fish on the plate: in some Grenoble schools, the canteen menu becomes vegetarian. Indeed, meat and fish are now optional. An ecological measure according to the town hall, but these vegetarian menus do not always delight schoolchildren.
On the plates that afternoon, in the canteen of the Diderot school in Grenoble (Isere)a Chile without meat. A green, standard and automatic menu which, since the start of the school year, has been vegetarian. “I don’t like meat and I don’t like fish.
