Light potatoes at the start of spring
Romain Deplaine is an independent chef in Mouzon in the Ardennes. He has participated in cooking shows such as “GrillMasters” in Belgium, and is the President of the Cuisine Club des Ardennes. For this show, we asked her for light potato recipes. The chef offers: Potato darphin, to accompany, for example, pan-fried spring vegetables; mashed potatoes baked and flavored with morels; baked potatoes accompanied by a cottage cheese sauce with chives and wild lamb’s lettuce; paprika potatoes baked in the oven too.
