Verstappen, who will participate in a 200e Career Grand Prix on Sunday, had won pole position and all three races held at Zandvoort since the Dutch GP returned to the F1 calendar in 2021.

Although conditions have been rainy and windy since the start of the weekend, qualifying was held in dry conditions.
