Duo of samosas, avocado cream with citrus fruits

To cook like a chef, here is the list of ingredients for 6 people and the recipe to follow step by step!

Ingredients

– 6 brick sheets

– 2 large zucchini

– 3 spring onions

– 3 lawyers

– yuzu (possibly)

– pink berries

– turmeric

– olive oil

– salt

– pepper

Preperation

Wash and cut the courgettes into julienne strips, then brown them in a pan with olive oil. Add a crushed clove of garlic. Season.

Roll the citrus fruits on your board to crush the pulp and press them over a salad bowl. Cut the avocados in half, pour the citrus juice, salt, pepper, yuzu and a drizzle of olive oil. Blend with an immersion blender then set aside.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes and set aside. Brush the pastry sheets with grease bomb. Cut them into rectangles, insert the filling and form samosas. Add in some of the mozzarella cubes.

Bake for 6 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy with the avocado cream.
