Due to the storm alert, the Orleans funfair is closed for the entire end of the day this Saturday

Loiret is one of the 65 departments placed on orange vigilance for thunderstorms, from 4 p.m. this Saturday, June 4. Due to the risk involved, Orléans Val de Loire Evénements, organizer of the Orléans funfair, decides to close its doors at 5 p.m.. No more visitors will be able to access the site which has hosted the event since May 21.

There is no evacuation of visitors present on the site at the beginning of the afternoon, but a decree is published to close the entrances from 5 p.m. this Saturday, the doors will be closed until tomorrow Sunday.

According to the Météo Center association, a stormy corridor that moves from Touraine to Beauce sets in and could in places give violent thunderstorms.
