Duck rillettes and foie gras on the menu at the Auberge du Grand Mégnos in Bougue

Chef Fabrice Charbonnier of the Auberge du grand Megnos in Bougue prepares winter with his menu that warms bodies and hearts.

A cuisine based on simplicity and authenticity

For Fabrice, the richness of the products offered by our beautiful land in the Landes is sufficient in itself. He prefers to assume the simplicity of traditional recipes to delight his guests and offer generous cuisine reminiscent of grandma’s. This is the kind of place where you want to spend the day because you feel at home, especially when you enjoy grilling over the fireplace.

When you come, if you think you are lost, you have almost arrived.
