Friday, April 15, a man walks past her and grabs her purse from a chair, before running away. But the thief, a 30-year-old homeless man, is a little alcoholic. After several tens of meters, he stumbles on his own and falls into the street.
The woman’s friends on the terrace rush to retrieve her bag. The homeless, already known to the police, is arrested and taken into custody.
