A vehicle reportedly got stuck in a build-up of water on Highway 13 Tuesday evening in Dorval, while this section was closed to traffic after the storm passed. Debby.
Emergency services were called around 6:30 p.m. about a “vehicle stuck in water” on Highway 13, at kilometer 4 in Dorval.
According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the vehicle entered a portion of the highway that had been closed to traffic due to an accumulation of water from precipitation during the storm.
The driver was able to be evacuated in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (MTMD). The individual, who reportedly suffered no injuries, however got away with several traffic violations.
The vehicle is being towed.
