According to François Pérain, the public prosecutor, the suspect is already well known to court. In fact, she has already been sentenced 18 times. The last dates back to 2019: the respondent, prosecuted for extortion of a vulnerable person, had been sentenced to 20 months in prison, eight of which were suspended, accompanied by a probation for 18 months.
