MILK SHAKE with DRIED FRUITS
Much more than a drink, this recipe is a real source of energy. It can be served for breakfast, as a dessert, as a snack… It is not advisable to prepare it in advance because the milkshake effect does not resist waiting.
*Milk (just like cream) placed in the fridge should always be hermetically sealed as it captures fridge odors admirably. It is best to buy it in a bottle or pour it into a jar or glass bottle to store it.
Per person :
1 small glass of cold milk
½ dried fig
1 pitted prune
1 dried apricot
½ tsp fresh cream
For the decoration 1 small piece of fig, 1 of prune and 1 of dried apricot
Finely chop the dried fruit and set aside 1 small piece of each, which will be used for decoration. Place the others in a mixing bowl with the milk and cream. Mix until you get a foam. Leave to cool for 10 minutes*. Remix the preparation to aerate it more. Pour it into a cup and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes*. Decorate and serve. Nice kitchen to all, Régine
