The Médoc in Gironde, is a wild nature, rich in sensations, a land rocked by the song of the waves of the ocean, the sunrises and sunsets, incomparable gradations of colors, both on the coast and on the part of the Gironde estuary. Here, in Carcans, Marie Biguereaud has chosen to put down her suitcases, to take full advantage of this place of inspiration and tranquility, to settle her life, her family there. Marie’s voice captures you very quickly, the gentle vibrations take you through the pine forest, on the fine sand of the ocean beaches.
Dream on the moon, such is the identity of this project and dreaming is so easy with this complete artist, songwriter of the group, moreover this year the objective is to deliver a complete album. The first EP (mini album) was released in February 2020 just before the COVID crisis. The title track Joy, which is also the title of the Ep, is a sublime song that you never tire of listening to.
His companion and father of his children Antoine, also a musician, helps him with the composition. Currently, about fifteen songs are in the works, and Marie is looking for a producer-arranger to refine all this and finalize the compositions.
In this live, Marie talks about her career since college, at the time, her inspirations range from Led Zeppelin, to Red Hot Chili Peppers, via Bob Marley, the Beatles, or Ben Harper. Marie composes her own songs on the guitar, first immersed in reggae. Very quickly attracted to the stage, she set up her first group ALAM in 2007, the start of a great adventure of 4 albums, which will allow her to perform on the most beautiful reggae stages with artists such as Tiken jah Fakoly, Groundation, Danakil , Gladiators and many more.
Dream on the moon is a new adventure full of freshness, which highlights the intimate. Marie takes the guitar on stage, and is currently performing solo guitar voice, with plans to set up a live team with other musicians to accompany her and defend this first album to come.
