The smaller sister to the 61-story main tower will have 324 condominium units: studios, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units. The starting price of the units is set at $322,900 before taxes. The first deliveries are scheduled for 2025.

The architecture of the second phase was entrusted to MSDL Architectes.

Learning from COVID, the tower will offer 17,000 square feet of common space. A dog park will be set up and the roof terrace, designed by landscape architect Claude Cormier.

Regarding the 61-storey tower under construction, “the work is progressing at a good speed and 90% of the units have found takers”, says the developer in a press release. The tower will reach the 20and floor this summer.

“The strong demand for this larger-than-life project tells us that Montrealers will make this magnificent site a signature downtown ensemble. Despite the two difficult years for downtown Montreal, the future looks bright for our city and our urban projects,” said Mr. Kheng Ly, Founder and CEO of Groupe Brivia.

Active in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Quebec and other regions of the province of Quebec. Groupe Brivia was founded in 2000. It is responsible for the residential complexes 1 Square Phillips, Mansfield, YUL, QuinzeCent and LB9.
