Donald Trump was fined $354.9 million (€329.3 million) by the American courts for having exaggerated his fortune in order to deceive bankers and obtain loans on more favorable conditions. This judgment threatens his real estate empire a few months before the presidential election in the United States during which he should try to regain the White House against outgoing Democratic President Joe Biden.

A reduction in its movable assets

Donald Trump’s assets have melted in particular because of the promotion of his Truth Social network which would be very far from meeting the expected success. But it’s not just the setbacks in social media that have brought Donald Trump his financial rout. Its real estate assets also suffered a reduction. Office buildings have reportedly lost value with the departure of major tenants and less promising future prospects.
