Don Juan journey

Since its creation at the Théâtre St-Denis 20 years ago, Félix Gray’s musical has traveled to several countries around the world. The musical has been presented in France, South Korea, China, Taiwan, and Japan (in another staging). The current troupe was scheduled to perform on the stage of the Kremlin Theatre in Moscow… in March 2020. However, the authorities cancelled two hours before the curtain rose on the opening night, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the spring of 2022, Don Juan was supposed to return to Moscow, but Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in late February put an end to plans to play in Putin’s country.
