Dominique Lagrou-Sempère says everything she knows about the replacement of Jean-Pierre Pernaut by Marie-Sophie Lacarrau and… it hurts!

Since his hasty departure from TF1, Dominique Lagrou-Sempère has had no regrets. The proof, on the occasion of the release of her book entitled “Celle qui s’aime finally”, the former journalist confided in the reasons which led her to take to their heels with Jordan De Luxury Jordans. Invited to her show, “Chez Jordan” this Friday, March 17, 2023, the one who disappeared from the air for more than a year has indeed decided to play cards on the tables.

“I would have loved to take over and present Jean-Pierre Pernaut’s 13 hours. It was not offered to me. But that’s not the reason why I left because afterwards, I continued, but I didn’t enjoy it anymore ”confided the one who remains very popular with the French since his disappearance from the small screen.

A desire to take over from Jean-Pierre Pernaut which was not heard by the channel to his greatest regret: “I spoke to TF1 about it, but they replied that it is not relevant… Afterwards, Marie-Sophie was chosen by the management to replace Jean-Pierre and lately, I have not I was no longer very happy at TF1, that’s it… I think I wanted other challenges”, confided Dominique Lagrou-Sempère who nevertheless specified that she was delighted for her colleague Marie-Sophie Lacarrau.

A nice nod to Jean-Pierre Pernaut

As a reminder, it was following the death of Jean-Pierre Pernaut that the journalist decided to hang up the gloves to realize a new one: that of writing. “Me, I’m a person who likes hardships, with Jean-Pierre, I had them every day… And all of a sudden, there, I didn’t have any more. They didn’t offer me much anymore.” she concluded. A sentence that testifies to all the affection that the journalist had for her late colleague from the 1 p.m. news.
